If you have never tried Celtic Sea Salt, now is your chance. This amazing salt has just been added to the range and is proving to be very popular. Celtic Sea Salt is a course granular salt perfect for use in any recipe as it has an almost sweet quality about the flavour it imparts to your other ingredients. It can also be used as a table condiment, but due to the moist properties, it is best used from a bowl or a ceramic grinder.
Harvested from around the coastline of France, it is one of the least 'processed' salts on the market and therefore retains the natural elements that come with it from the oceans. It is said to hold a higher amount of the minerals and trace elements than other salts due to its lack of processing.
