| Whole chillies, dehydrated and chopped. Henry Langdon sources the finest chili flakes available. The flakes are created using the whole chilli. The chillies are washed and trimmed before being dehydrated. The dehydrated chillies are then chopped to create the chilli flakes which include the seed. This method gives you a chilli flake that is full of flavour and beautifully textural, so not only will your dishes taste great, they will look good as well.
