Truly Skinny Mocha

Stir 1 tbls of cocoa powder into a cup of coffee to get an antioxidant boost.  This can be a bit of a of an acquired taste, since without added sugars or cream the beverage bears very little resemblance to mocha from your favorite coffee shop.  However, a 450ml cup of brewed black coffee with a tablespoon of cocoa powder contains 15 calories, compared to a 350ml nonfat mocha at 170 calories before you add the whipped cream.
