| A heady fusion of ginger pieces, cinnamon, fennel, aniseed, black pepper, star anise, cardamom and cloves. Henry Langdon Chai Spice can be brewed on its own or added to your favourite black tea, with or without milk and sugar. The Henry Langdon Chai Spice is created using whole spices, not powdered spices. By using the whole spice the flavours and aromas are held until you release them during preparation. At this point the oils and aromatics are released to create a heady fusion that will give pleasure to all the senses, as well as being good for you. The methods of preparation vary dramatically from cooking on stove top for several minutes, to using the microwave, and a lot depends on individual taste. For that reason I have listed several variations on the recipe page.
