Superfine sugar blended with lemon rind gives a zing to your cup of tea or pancakes - 230g jar

This sugar is bursting with lemon flavour due to the finely diced lemon rind that has been blended with it.  Try it in a cup of tea, hot or cold.  It is perfect sprinkled on crepes or pancakes, a flavour boost to fruit kebabs and will add a real twist when used to make custard.

Try this:

Cut selected fruits into large cubes and thread onto skewers.  Sprinkle liberally with Lemon Sugar, then if you have a chef's torch, flame the sugar to caramelize.  If you do not have a chef's torch, place under a hot grill until caramelized.

Use your favorite recipe to make batch of crepes or pancakes, add some sliced strawberries then sprinkle with Lemon Sugar.  These are great served at a leisurely brunch.

Next time you are making a custard sauce, replace half of the sugar with Lemon Sugar.  It will add an extra dimension to whatever you serve it with.
