The Henry Langdon Cracked Black Pepper Sea Salt Rub is a combination of coarsely ground whole black pepper with the finest Australian sea salt flakes. The cracked pepper is coarse enough to retain it's full flavour yet fine enough to suit any application you could think of using it in. This is complimented by the addition of pure sea salt flakes which have been environmentally harvested using the evaporation method.
