We recommend you place 2 teaspoons of Henry Langdon Cocoa & Chai Spice and a tablespoon of milk in a cup and stir to form a smooth paste.
You may add sugar but we prefer the natural sweetness of the Chai Spices.
Heat half a cup of milk either in a saucepan or in microwave until hot.
Using a plunger or a frothing apparatus, froth the milk until it doubles in volume and pour into cocoa paste.
Enjoy a creamy hot cocoa that simmers.
