Gluten Free Chocolate Lava Cake
This mix is so simple you will make it a regular on the home menu.
All you do is add a little oil and water then mix and put into small ramekins. 10-15 minutes later, depending on the size and quantity you want to make, you will have a mouth watering dessert worthy of a fine dining restaurant.
Add a dollop of fresh cream or ice cream or both! Friends and family will never believe you whipped them up in a few minutes.
Alternatively, mix as per instructions, then pour the batter into a lined slice tin and bake at 170c for 30 minutes. This will give you one of the best brownies you have ever tried. Try adding a handful of your favourite nuts or even a few chocolate buttons.
