Cream Cheese Topping
The perfect topping for a Gluten Free Cake!
250g Cream cheese at room temperature
140gm icing sugar
100gm softened butter
Zest from 1 lemon, finely grated
Place the cream cheese and icing sugar into a bowl and mix well.
Add the softened butter, lemon zest and vanilla essence to taste.
Beat until light and fluffy.
