4 tsps Henry Langdon Chilli and Garlic Salt Rub
2 slices stale sour dough bread, crusts removed
2 tbsp olive oil
200gm angel hair pasta
1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges to serve
Cook pasta according to packet directions, drain.
Prepare sauce while pasta is cooking.
Process the bread in a food processor and pulse until fine breadcrumbs are formed.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add Henry Langdon Chilli and Garlic and breadcrumbs and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the crumbs become crisp and golden.
Place the cooked pasta in a shallow bowl and top with breadcrumb mixture, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
