Ingredients

6 fillets white fish of your choice

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

4 tbsp butter, melted

1tbsp Henry Langdon Creole

NOTE: The fish fillet you use is a matter of taste.  You can use flake, whiting, snapper, flathead or any fillet to your liking.

Method

Pre heat the oven to 200c.

Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish.  Arrange the fillets in the dish then brush with 1 tbsp of the melted butter.

Combine the Henry Langdon Creole, breadcrumbs and the remaining melted butter. Season to taste, then sprinkle over the fish fillets.

Bake the fish fillet for 15 minutes or until cooked.  The cooking time will vary according to the thickness of the fillets you have chosen.  The fish will flake easily with a fork when it is cooked.
